Technician

Miranda, while having a focus on directing, can not help but be involved in technical theatre when the option is given to her. Receiving training from Texas State University; she often works on various technical elements for their shows including stage management, lighting, sound, costume and set design, along with construction of sets and props. Currently her love of technician work is being fulfilled by working at the Austin ISD Performing Arts Center as one of their lead technicians. At the AISD PAC, Miranda is known best for their Stage and House Management skills; training students in stage management and operating as House Manager for a variety of small and large scale productions. Previously, Miranda worked for the Texas State Performing Arts Center as their Production Coordinator.
